Pending consideration of the issue whether the caustic chlorine plant should be directed to be shifted and relocated at some other place ,the caustic chlorine plant should be directed to be shifted and relocated at some other place, the caustic chlorine plant should be allowed to be restarted by the management subject to certain stringent conditions which were specified in the judgment. Committee will continue to monitor the safety standards every fortnight. The workers will have representatives to look into the arrangements. Workers shall be trained in operating the equipment. Loudspeakers shall be installed in the premises to warn of any danger and the co-workers shall be provided gas masks, helmets, etc.
